I will work out your macros/calories and create a sustainable meal plan customised to your lifestyle. Maybe you are a Vegan, or you have a food allergy or intolerance. Don’t worry if so, I have you covered with meal plans to suit all budgets and preferences. You will be spoilt for choice with endless tasty and nourishing recipes for you to choose from each week. All meals will be quick and easy to prepare and will include simple step by step cooking instructions.

Bespoke Workout Plans

Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or an expert, I will create a bespoke workout plan suited to your lifestyle. This will include a video demonstration of each exercise to ensure your form is correct, warmups, cool-downs and pre/ post workout stretches to keep you mobile. From weightlifting to yoga, HIIT training to running, I will ensure your plan includes all your favourite exercises. As you progress, your plan will be updated to ensure you get the best possible results. Wherever you are in the world, I have a program suitable for you. If you need help with anything, you can contact me 24/7 using the chat feature in my app and I will get back to you as soon as I can. I am here to support you every step of the way, so don’t be afraid to ask questions. Not only will we keep in touch via the app, you will have access to many useful videos and documents which will help you to stay consistent.

Personal Tracker & Weekly Check-In

Monitor your progress each week via your own personal tracker and weekly video check-in (these are optional). Here you will log your measurements, weight, and share progress photos to keep you accountable and ensure you are on track to smashing your goals! You can also share details of your mindset, energy levels, sleep and more. This isn’t a numbers based plan - I care about your mental health as much as I do your physical health. I will monitor this information and tweak your program where necessary, including updating your meal plan in line with any cravings. If you fancy chocolate, chocolate you will get!

Mindset Support & Healthy Habits

I will set you healthy habits to stick to each week, including drinking more water, or getting more steps in for example. Whatever it is you want to focus on, I will help make this habit a part of your lifestyle. I also offer mindset support, helping you to develop mindfulness and self compassion, along with other essential tools. Together we will work on taking control of your thoughts and overcome any barriers, such as low self esteem, anxiety, or negative body image. I will also help you to build a better relationship with food through my experience of battling an eating disorder.

About Me

Hey, I'm Laura

Qualified Personal Trainer and Online Fitness Coach, with a wealth of knowledge and passion for everything health and fitness related. I love helping women transform their physical and mental health, and gain a whole lot of self love and confidence without compromise. Fitness has literally saved my life, hence why I live and breathe it, so much so that I threw away my anti depressants a couple of years ago and made exercise a priority in my busy lifestyle instead.

There is no denying the role exercise plays in improving your mental and physical health. For me, nothing beats how exercise makes me feel – it’s an instant mood booster. Gone are the days where I used to hate exercise and would try my absolute best to get out of PE at school as I found it embarrassing. I now embrace getting sweaty, and have over 7 years experience weightlifting and practicing yoga, along with over a years Crossfit training. You may be reading this thinking I sound crazy, but I truly believe there is a form of exercise out there for everyone to enjoy, which is why my plans are varied and tailored especially for you. However you lift, stretch or sprint, it’s time to get moving however you damn please.

New to exercise? Don’t worry. I understand how nerve racking it can be stepping into the gym for the first time, especially the weights area. It took me years to build up the confidence to do this, but I only wish I did it sooner now. This is why I decided to become an online coach. I want to help as many of you as I possibly can, no matter where you are in the world, or what equipment you have access to, which is why my plans are really affordable.

Certainly hasn’t come without its challenges, but I am grateful for these as they have taught me so much. From eating disorders to injuries, overtraining and weight loss/weight gain, I will make sure you are well equipped so you don’t make the same mistakes that I did. This isn’t about restriction or fad diets, it’s about building a better relationship with food and exercise. I am here to shift the focus from what your body looks like to what it can do, as there is so much more to working out than looking a certain way. That means, you are still allowed a social life when you sign up to one of my plans! You do not need to give up nights out with your friends, weekend takeaways or do endless hours of cardio to get the body you have always dreamed of. Fuelling your body with foods you enjoy, and working out because it feels good are at the core of my programs. Another big focus is mindset support, as I now know that true happiness comes from within. If you don’t deal with what’s going on in your mind, you will never be truly happy, no matter what you look like. There’s lots of misinformation out there today but I am here to filter through that so that you never feel confused or alone. No, you don’t need to have exercised before or have access to a gym. I work with a range of clients, from beginners to athletes who enjoy working out in various settings including from the comfort of their own home. Your plan will be tailored specifically to you.

Yes, I have multiple health conditions including PCOS, hyper-mobility, ADHD and anxiety, so I am well equipped when it comes to understanding the impact these can have on the body. The same goes for injuries; I have dealt with various injuries over the years and would love to help you get back to full health. 

Not only will my plans help massively with your overall wellbeing, during our checkins we can dive deeper into your thoughts and feelings, if this is something you would like to explore. You will get unlimited access to my mindset guide, which will offer guidance on how to improve your mindset through practices such as mindfulness and yoga. I will also assign weekly tasks for you to complete, including gratitude practice for example. Again, we can discuss this further on a call.

You will complete a checkin once per week. If you don’t feel comfortable doing a video call, your checkin can be completed on my app. However, a weekly video call is part of the service I offer.

This all depends on you and your goals, as every client is different. Most achieve noticeable results within 3 months, which is why this is the minimum amount of time I will work with a client. The majority of my clients work with me for a total of 6-12 months, as they understand that this isn’t a quick fix and enjoy the progress they make during this time.
